The Queen of England, Elizabeth II, passed on in her sleep yesterday afternoon at the Balmoral Castle in Scotland with her eldest son Charles having assumed the throne.
The death of Queen Elizabeth at 96 has seen England assuming both new King and Prime Minister following Liz Truss’s assumption of the highest non monarchy position earlier this week.
The Queen who had been known for her focus, dedication and commitment to England’s continued growth’s body is expected to return to London today in the company of the King.
Speculation is high that with a younger King who has shown ambition of slimming the monarchy down at the helm of the throne Brexit will be better fulfilled.
Speaking during the announcement of the Queens death the King said it remains the saddest moment in making the announcement.
